IT BEGAN WITH A RETIRED SCHOOL BUS AND A LOVE FOR CRAFTING

My name is Theresa Prtorich and I am a wife, mother of three and maker of all things crafty! After being a stay-at-home mom for 14 years I decided to return to the work force and obtained my CDL license. Not long after I landed a job working for the local bus company and I could not have been more excited. 

Fast forward one year into my new career and I was informed that the bus I was driving was going to be retired!

THAT'S WHEN IT HIT ME.

I could purchase the bus and transform it into my dream mobile crafting studio! And, with the help of my husband, that is exactly what I did! 28 Makers Place was born and I am thrilled to be able to offer a  unique crafting experience that allows me to share my love of art and crafting anywhere!
